Why are you studying Information Management and Technology?

Because I love the versatility. I get to graduate with a well-rounded degree for success in any sector that I may choose.  

What do you think is the biggest risk in the tech field?

Big data.

Who is the most influential person to you in this field?

My mom.

What is your favorite aspect of the iSchool?

The iSchool is unique because of the community feel. It fosters a collaborative environment, not a cutthroat or competitive one.

How do you feel about the iSchool community?

The community is strong. People are usually willing to help you out and there are just so many great shared opportunities and experiences.

What has you favorite IST class been?

Critique of the Information Age with Murali Venkatesh because it forced me to look at technology from a critical and ethical perspective for the first time.
